Today, let’s take a moment to express gratitude for those who choose the profession of teaching. Certainly not because of the job’s glamour or wealth, but because of its impact, some people follow a higher calling and pursue this noble profession. So let’s say “thank you teachers!<\/a>” Specifically, we’re thankful for teachers who are American Board graduates<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The decision to become a teacher often stems from a place of profound purpose. For many, it\u2019s an inner calling; a desire to shape young minds, instill values, and pass on knowledge. Some educators remember a teacher from their own past who left an indelible mark on their lives, sparking the desire to do the same for others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s no secret that teaching can be a challenging profession. It demands patience, resilience, and a kind of emotional intelligence that can feel superhuman at times. Yet, amidst the challenges, teachers show up day after day. Why? Because they believe in the potential of each student. At American Board, we feel the same way about each of our teacher candidates. We know each of them has the potential to change a life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teachers Thankful for American Board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No one becomes a teacher for the ‘thank yous’. Similarly, at American Board, we don’t do what we do for thank yous. But we are certainly happy to hear them when it means we’ve helped a local teacher enter the classroom!<\/p>\n\n\n
