A big factor leading the change is technology.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.americanboard.org\/\">American Board\u2019s study materials<\/a> note, when used correctly,&nbsp;technology &#8216;allows teachers to personalize learning for students, differentiate instruction, provide remedial and reinforcement lessons, and present advanced concepts to faster learners.&#8217; Technology has changed the way students learn and with new online resources for classrooms constantly emerging, teachers have new ways to bolster student learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to incorporate new tech resources in your classroom but not sure where to start? Check out the list below to spice up your daily lessons and encourage your students to love learning!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ed.ted.com\/\">Ted-ED<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ted-ED is a great resource for classrooms because teachers can filter engaging video lessons by target age, subject area, etc. Teachers can create their own lesson featuring interactive polls and quizzes that coincide with the Ted-ED material. Students can use the platform to share their ideas and demonstrate what they have learned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.khanacademy.org\/\">Khan Academy<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A must for any teacher that knows students have gaps in their understanding. Khan Academy tools help teachers identify gaps in students\u2019 understanding and it provides expert-created, standards-aligned content for students who need to move at their own pace to complete their understanding.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kahoot.com\/\">Kahoot!<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This resource allows teachers to create their own quizzes and interactive games for their students, or choose from millions of existing, ready-to-play games. Games can be assigned to students live in class. Games can also be assigned as \u2018homework\u2019 to be completed in their own time from their own devices. Kahoot! provides a fun way to introduce new ideas in the classroom or assess what concepts students understand.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.classdojo.com\/\">Class Dojo<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Class Dojo helps teachers connect with students and parents to keep them informed . Teachers can manage classroom activities, students can create online portfolios to showcase their knowledge, and parents can stay up to date with what their children are learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/classroom.google.com\/u\/0\/h\">Google Classroom<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A great for teachers who want to go green! The online resource helps teachers paperlessly plan lessons and manage their classrooms. And of course, Google Classroom easily integrates with G-Suite applications, such as Google Docs and Google Sheets.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geogebra.org\/?lang=en\">GeoGebra<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This frees schools from requiring that each student supply a graphing calculator by allowing students to access the high-end calculators on their phones or computers.
