Taking a quick walk outside to get sunlight and fresh air can boost energy levels, resulting in an increased focus in class. If it\u2019s too cold to go outside, you can use these methods to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scholastic.com\/teachers\/blog-posts\/amanda-nehring\/18-activities-get-your-students-moving\/\">get moving<\/a> inside.
