Drexel University School of Education is conducting a deep-dive into the validity and effectiveness of American Board’s alternative teacher certification program.

The first study published by Drexel University revealed American Board certified teachers perform better than or equivalent to traditional, college-prepared teachers across 95% teacher quality aspects, according to principals surveyed.

As Drexel University continues to study various aspects of American Board’s program, results of these studies will be published below.
